All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

We offer express shipping Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure customer privacy.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a correct and accessible delivery address is provided. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.

Due to the nature of research products, we do not accept returns unless the product is demonstrably faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, with supporting evidence (e.g. photos, COA discrepancy).

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees you may have under the ACL that cannot be excluded by law.

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
