Refund & Replacement Policy
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery according to courier tracking with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
If verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Verification & QR Codes
Each product includes a QR code and batch number for verification.
If the QR code does not scan, customers can verify authenticity using the batch number listed on the vial on our verification page.
A non-scanning QR code or verification issue alone is not grounds for a refund if the batch number can still be confirmed.
