General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been shipped. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the case and, if approved, may offer a replacement or a refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
